We are not responsible for items left more than 14 days.  All sale items are FINAL SALE.  Items must be picked up during regular store hours.

Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Our Return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return, if it is with in 30 days we can offer you and exchange or store credit.

We will happily complete a return or exchange of your item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All sale items or discounted items are FINAL SALE. Final sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit or exchange.  Customer will be completely responsible for any cost related to shipping the merchandise for return.

At "Fancy That! Jewellery and Accessories" we stand behind our products and strive to bring our customers quality footwear. We offer product replacement for for any merchandise that is defective through the manufacturing process. Defects of this type will be noticeable within 30 days of wearing.


Misuse of a product or improper care such as over saturation of waterproofing product or removing boots with pressure to the heel with other foot will cause defects that will not be covered by this warranty and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Shipping on all returns are at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
